Better With Age? Ironman 70.3 part II

Mike's second Ironman 70.3 went well.  His first one took 7 hours, 14 minutes, 52 seconds to complete.  After an additional three months of training, Mike shaved a little more than 40 minutes, not a bad outcome.

The best part was to have Adam (his son) be the one putting the finisher's medal around his neck.
